We use image signatures with our company branding in our emails. It would be very helpful if we could insert these image signatures directly into the email body or template within the Communication Center.

When an email is sent having that be a trigger for an automation to begin in SmartSuite

Emailing out is awesome, if someone responds to that email they are automatically sent to the comments, but bringing emails into a specific record using a chrome or gmail extension is what I am requesting(ie see clickup's). This was possible in ply, but currently without custom code writing, ply is no longer able to list the records we need to see to make the selections.

I am trying to setup a bunch of automations for emailing our clients at various stages, it would be amazing to have more control over the formatting such as text size, font and colour.

I want to set up my own email accounts (preferably multiple ones) using SMTP. This way, I can easily configure auto-replies for forms. It will allow me to do a lot of nice things with the forms efficiently.

Would like to schedule a specific date and time to send an email from a record. One use case is as a reminder regarding that record.

The ability to send an email from within a record using variable fields is great! It would be super helpful to the sender however to be able to preview the email before sending so they can double check what they "think" should be sent it actually being sent (and they didn't forget to manually save beforehand or whatever).

Allow starting the email (type in Sue) and it predicts ( sue@company.com ) via contact list already made and attached to the record.

Have an e-mail field type that captures all emails tied to the email in the communications center. The use case for this would be to have a "contact" record where you can see all the emails that pertain to that contact. For clients and other relationships this would be super-valuable. Thanks!
