Right now only the Title and date field label is shown in the little bubble on the calendar. I'd like to be able to customize it

We want to be able to see more than 3 tasks in the weekly view (and also see more fields - like assignee, project name and task name), but because of the times (which we don't use), it bunches all of the tasks up at the top and you can only see three. Please see an image of the calendar from HIVE that we are used to where we can see all of the tasks in a given day on a weekly view. Linked to this is the colouring of the tasks which i have raised in a comment on another post.

Master calendar View for all solutions instead of having to hop around. Maybe include a calender view in the My Work View. ClickUp has an Everything section where you can filter your entire workspace. This is helpful to get a quick overview of what you have going on, be it personal or clients.

I would like to color code project tasks on the calendar view by each project they are attached to, rather than by completion status. This would help me better organize and differentiate tasks based on their respective projects.

Enhance the existing Share Grid View to allow for the sharing of Calendar Views to external users in a read-only state. This would allow us to share project calendars with clients. It would be nice if we could also determine if the client can drill into date records to see the details.

Have SmartSuite due dates appear in iOS devices directly instead of via Google Calendars, including 2way updates

I would love to be able to set the week to start on a Monday instead of a Sunday in the week view. Obviously this would be like the standard option that is in most calendar tools to choose what day of the week you want as the start date.

Currently, the Calendar and Calendar widgets automatically organize records by time. Any records without a specified time are placed in the “All Day” section at the top, which only displays a few records before hiding the rest behind a “+X more” indicator. This limits visibility and usability for users who primarily work with date-based records without times. Proposed Enhancement -------------------------- Introduce a toggle that allows users to choose between: a) All Day View – All records are displayed as all-day events, similar to how Airtable handles calendar entries. b) Time-Based View (The way it is now) – Records are positioned based on their associated time. Benefits -------------------------- Users who don’t need time-specific records can view a clear list of tasks or events for the day without unnecessary time slots taking up space. Improves visibility of records in the “All Day” section by eliminating the restriction of only showing a few before collapsing. Enhances flexibility, allowing different users to configure the calendar view based on their workflow. This feature would greatly improve usability for teams that primarily track events, tasks, or deadlines that don’t require time-based organization.

When I add a task and set it up to recur weekly, it only shows up in Calendar View on the first date instead of weekly.

Add toggle to indicate whether or not to include in list records that have already been placed on the calendar (scheduled).
