When automations update or complete checklist items, SmartSuite notifications currently display only the first checklist item’s description—even if multiple checklist items are triggered. As a result, users receive several identical-looking notifications and cannot tell which checklist item each notification refers to. Problem For checklists with multiple items (e.g., 6 items), an automation may complete or reveal several items at once. However: Every notification shows the same description (the first item in the checklist). When multiple items are completed, the notifications appear duplicated in the initial email notification. Enable SmartSuite automations to display each of the specific checklist item’s description when sending a notification. So if there are n number of unique descriptions they should show it in the email as unique. Or instead of having multiple notifications have the whole list as one notification as it is one checklist field. Example: If I have a checklist field with Task 1 Task 2 Task 3 Task 4 Task 5 In an automation, I want to see Task 1, Task 2, Task 3, and etc. mentioned in the email notification or have it all as one email if its all part of the same checklist in automation. Currently I will only seek Task 1 repeated 5 times in an email notification prompting myself and others to think that its a duplicate notification when in fact it is not.
