Provide an "impersonate user" option that allows Solution Managers to see what Applications will look like to end-users that have been assigned various permissions.

We would like the ability to save a Solution as a template so we can reuse the template in the future. The template should include reports, but no data. We do understand that this can be done currently using the Duplicate solution feature - with or without data.

Implement white label solution in which we can operate SmartSuite under our company's subdomain.

Admin users have come to expect to have a separate place where they can manipulate their admin configurations. Creating and managing fields from the end-user field is good but you will win technical folks over with a more administratively focused interaction option.

We are looking for a scheduling program that has great features for communication.It would be great to see a central Communication space, as well as a central document center. The one thing we don't want to have to do is click into each project to find stuff! Or at least include a custom field for the "latest comment"

From the Recycle Bin, you can restore both record and apps. However, if you deleted a Solution (for whatever the reasons) then there is no way of bringing it back. We lose everything including the data. It would be really good if we can restore Solutions. This will not just provide a level of comfort for all but could be a really helpful features for those who are developing some kind of structures while using Smartsuite.

Interface feature that allows us to create and integrate a chatbot (powered by GPT) directly with our database solution. This would enable our customers to interact with the chatbot to access relevant information, perform queries, and receive real-time responses based on the data stored in our database. Would save a lot of time and will provide great enhanced operation and customer service experience and would bring great value to SmartSuite users.

Being able to attatch a phone number weather from Google voice or Teams or your carrier to send SMS in a workflow format for example send sms to client if client responds yes send diferent sms if no same.

I need to delete all the four fields auto-created by SS, every time I need to create a new app. Also deleting them has to be done in order as you can't delete a "Status" field before deleting the "Due Date". For a new user specially, this is confusing and requires a few additional steps every time, to have a clean empty app. If some users find this helpful, could this optional to be manageable from the settings?

Smart Sweet should purchase simple texting and blend the two together.
