Quick Actions on CRM Records

It would be great if certain solutions could be uniquely identified by the system as containing CRM contact records and the detail card would include some quick actions for a CRM record (dial a phone number, send an email, etc.), and then automatically log the actions taken as some kind of system activity.

- Call, text, and email would be the most (and equally) valuable, followed by other options for integrated actions (add to Mailchimp campaign or send HeyMarket message or schedule with Calendly, etc.). And with these Quick Actions, it would be important to have the option of adding a call handler like Zoom Phone or Teams Phone.
- I rank them 3rd in importance to my workflow (1st: Automations, 2nd: Dashboards, 3rd: Communication actions).
- Yes. We use Mailchimp, HeyMarket, Wix, Typeform, and Glide for various other CRM functions.
