Feature Requests

When checking notifications, I would appreciate the ability to click on an item to be directed to the corresponding solution. Often, I require additional information, necessitating access to the solution itself. While there are workarounds, making the solution name clickable within the notification would be a straightforward fix. Currently, I use links in the helper text of the title field, which allows me to click through when viewing the record, but this method is cumbersome when applied to each solution.

Currently, I have to "follow" each record I want to receive notifications for when an update is made. I would like the ability to opt-in to receive notifications any time ANY record in an app is updated. So I am requesting the current "follow" feature be duplicated to allow opting in at the app level. An example use case is a task app. I want to be notified anytime the record is updated. I understand that I can set up an automation, but I don't necessarily want an email notification, I want a SmartSuite notification. Additionally, if there was a setting to change the default to auto-follow each record in a specified app without having to do it individually, that will also suffice.

I need the ability to automatically turn on "Following" for the record owner for project. It's not an option now, nor is available in automations. This is the way Asana works out of the box-- in fact not only for the record owner but for any that any project member adds to the "Collaborators" list. Anyone can Leave Task if they desire, but anyone can add them as an interested party. It's a MUCH better setup than SmartSuite where only the user themselves can add them as a Follower.

I often miss urgent communication because I am not receiving browser push notifications. It would be very helpful to have this feature to ensure I stay updated with important messages.

It would be great to receive very early in the morning, a daily summary of the tasks pending, just like Google calendar's Daily Agenda. Thank you very much ;-)

I've noticed Clickup and Monday both do this, where you receive a daily email highlighting essentially what is in the "my work" panel and think it would be useful.

Please add the ability to receive Email notifications for self-assigned tasks! So far users only get notified when someone else assigns them to some tasks. Some people keep track of their work via E-Mail/Outlook and that way all work would be included not only what other users assigned them to.

This feature enables birthday and work anniversary alerts for members of the team(s) they are part of.

As we roll out newer modules and components to our smart sweet workspaces and applications a very big frustrating request that I am receiving is that users are getting an abundance of email notifications. Outside of each individual user turning off email notifications, I feel as if that there should be an admin control over who and how often a user gets notifications. In other systems that we work with There is a feature where you would be able to receive a consolidated daily/weekly overview email notification which notifies the user of the X number of the notifications in 1 email rather than a separate email for each notification. This is a concern various users have addressed so would like to see if your team could focus and prioritize this.

Would be great to have the ability to have the computer play a sound when a notification is received. This could be toggled on or off
