It would be great to be able to generate a pdf from a record, email it to a client, have them be able to e-sign it and send it back and then update the record with the new pdf that is signed.

Working with a company that tracks a lot of documents. They go through a large number of revisions, and would like to track versions of files stored in SmartSuite.

Please add a preview of attached E-Mails (.msg)! At the moment it is quite tough to check what's inside the file. You need to download the file first and then open it in a browser or E-Mail app.

We need a way to resize the cover image in a card view, like cover vs contain vs fill. For that little circle image at the top of the card, I normally use 'fit' so that the whole image can be seen and isn't cut off

allow use of files and images field as a condition for a trigger. i.e. When I upload a signed document I want the status to change to complete

Allow attachments to be stored on cloud storage platforms, rather than Smartsuite. This will save us using up Smartsuite storage limits, and allow current storage structures on these platforms to stay useful.

when uploading a file/attachments it should have a rename capability so that their is no need to have several attachment field types as the file its self has a rename capability.

Hi, I want to be able to select multiple records and be able to download all files in a certain field. Or Download all files across multiple records from a file field Or Download all files from a lookup field from a linked record.
