I just wanted to make sure this received another bump!! Open Comments, Is so useful to determine what needs to be addressed, but emails that cannot be closed/archived/acknowledged remain as a red dot taunting the team. It appears as thought there is an open issue that is not responded to. Is there any way we can do a "Thumbs Up"/Acknowledge/archive to show the email has been Handled/read/acknowledged?

I will second, third, and fourth this request. "Read" or "Resolved" something that allows us to easily see there are items still needing attention.
