The "+ New Task" button is way too prominent and intuitive to have no control over how inputs here get treated. In my team, we need to see what everyone is working on. In lieu of providing the option to make tasks created in My Work attached to a solution, at least make it optional that this "+ New Task" button is even visible. Our team includes multiple entry-level, hourly roles that operate on mobile devices only. We have no visibility on tasks getting created and completed here. Though contrary to training, folks understandably create tasks from "My Work"... tasks nobody else on the team ever sees.

It is only possible to access "MyWork" by clicking the icon at the top. A direct link/URL would be great (e.g., app.smartsuite.com/solution/mywork ), and it would be possible to create a shortcut in my bookmarks, etc. (and save clicks many times a day).

I would like the ability to bypass 'my work' and create a 'solution' where any task assigned to me in any part of Smartsuite is automatically copied into that solution. This would allow me to sort my list by my own custom fields or tags, which is not currently possible in 'my work.'

I would like to see the Client/Account name or even Project listed in the 'My Work' table. Currently, I can't tell which client the tasks relate to without having to click through the task list. It would be very helpful to customize this screen to show the client/account name.

As I already mentioned in another request, in my opinion, My Work is the main place for most of the team members. Thus, it should be much more functional. This is the only place where all tasks from different solutions assigned to the person can be viewed together. So, to plan the day, you have to go to My Work. But its functionality is very limited. Please, check how it is done in Today view of Todoist. Simple and functional. The best task organization in my opinion. And the great part of it is to be able to review your tasks in Kanban view. This way you can easy drug and drop tasks from overdue to today, or from today to tomorrow.

My Work is a very important part of the tool in my opinion for everyone who uses SmartSuite for project/task management. It should be the main place where the most of the team members go every day. For this reason, I believe, that should be the first priority to fix issues with it. The issue with the record priority which is not copy from the Solution, but its own instance was raised long ago, but still hasn't been fixed. It should be a copy of the priority in the Solution! Why should we set the priority in the Solution, and then set it again in My Work? And another thing. My Work only shows a due date Date field. Would be great to see the due time as well, because many daily tasks are planned for particular time, not just a day. And also, would be great to see the task in My Work in Today list every day during the period between Due Start and Due End. This way, if the work is scheduled for a few days, the responsible person will see it in Today plan during whole period of the work until it is done. As it is now, it only appears in Today list when it is Due End.

they have the ability to filter MyWork by any team member. So managers can get a quick glance at what's on another team member's workload by using MyWork and filtering to view any other user. It's very useful for seeing assigned tasks by user across multiple Solutions.

add the option by my work when you create a task, that I should also be able to upload a file

an option to mark all open comments as resolved when a record is marked complete. This would clean up the "My Work" space when a record is completed and close out any lingering to do items
