The "+ New Task" button is way too prominent and intuitive to have no control over how inputs here get treated. In my team, we need to see what everyone is working on. In lieu of providing the option to make tasks created in My Work attached to a solution, at least make it optional that this "+ New Task" button is even visible. Our team includes multiple entry-level, hourly roles that operate on mobile devices only. We have no visibility on tasks getting created and completed here. Though contrary to training, folks understandably create tasks from "My Work"... tasks nobody else on the team ever sees.
