Often times when you are making a record (especially one that needs to be signed or approved in some way) the end user needs to be able to see the results of what he has entered. These results are often math-heavy and we have SmartSuite do that heavy lifting for them. However, to visually confirm its accuracy they have to save the record and commit it to storage before they can observe whether or not the values are what they intended for them to be.

The ability to specify weekends and holiday through Workspace Administration is terrific. However, we sometimes have different working days for different purposes (e.g., M-F in the office vs. M-Sa at project sites). It would be terrific if WORKDAYS()/WORKDAYS_DIFF() supported weekend and holiday parameters, similar to WORKDAY.INTL() and NETWORKDAYS.INTL() in Excel and Sheets. Better still, the holidays parameter could accept a column reference (something like [Holiday Calendar].[Date]) that covers an arbitrary number of years into the past/future.

One more question. Is there a way in SS to calculate the distance between an address that a client provides (comes in from FillOut Form) and our office address? I would like to use that number to calculate a delivery fee.

Emma, I see you have a smart text field that can be inserted and then you can use AI. I have 5 fields that are all fun facts we like to ask about our staff. We then take those and make a 2-3 sentence bio on our site about them. Is it possible to have Smart Text use AI for each entry and have those 2-3 sentences built for us?

Ability to have a boolean formula to check completion status of predecessors and return true if all predecessor are completed, false otherwise. If there are no predecessors defined it should probably return true. This could be useful to avoid complex formulas and generate a true/false field to know if the current task could proceed.

I would love to have the ability to customize the date output format in formulas while still maintaining it as a date result type. This would make the data presentation more flexible and user-friendly.

Problem: There is no way to filter records based on e.g. one entry in a multiple select field, one assignee out of multiple, a certain linked record out of multiple links or a substring contained in a larger string. That's because formulas like GET_LIST(CONTAINS([Linked Record].[Assignee], "George"), [Linked Record].[Title]) return errors. Solution: 1. If a CONTAINS operator was available and we could write GET_LIST([Linked Record].[Assignee] CONTAINS "George"), [Linked Record].[Title]) it would really expand what filtering can be done in formulas 2. If a sub-array of the individual items involved could be accessed it would allow the == operator to be used. E.g. GET_LIST([Linked Record].[Assignee].[First Name] == "George", [Linked Record].[Title])

Currently, you can only get the date of a status change using an automation, but I would like it to be possible to do this with a formula. When you extract data from the API, that information is included...

Currently, the arrayjoin formula does not support line breaks. It would be very helpful to have this feature implemented, as it would improve readability and organization within the formula.

It would be helpful if formulas could directly access information about Team Members, similar to how Assigned To fields can filter by fields referenced to a Team Member.
