Feature Requests

Currently, Linked Record fields can link to one App anywhere. It'd be great for Linked Records to be able to be a multi-select Apps so you can choose to connect a Record to Records on any of multiple different Apps Use Cases: Link EOS Rocks to Tasks across multiple departments Link the SOP Record Database to any other Record inside the SmartSuite Workspace Any other situation where you have information that's useful to link company-wide vs. just Solution-wide.

Would be nice to have this feature like Airtable or Sortly

It would be really nice if I can copy the item lists in a checklist field of an App and paste it in another checklist field of a different App. It would save a lot of my time in retyping everthing again.

Ability to add record field values dynamically into the smartdoc. Similar to adding record field values into email automation.

Now that we have automation actions that allow appending checklist items, it would be very nice to be able to sort these items by things like Title, Due Date, Assignee, and Completion.

Add a YouTube link to the Social Network field. More companies and individuals now have their own YouTube channels.

Coming from other tools I'm quite used to being able to expand or collapse subtasks/items under their parent task/item. Main goal is to be able to see everything available in one glance, without the need to open the entire record in a pop-up window.

Please add the ability to add Linkedin company pages (currently set for individuals only). Also, please add Youtube

In addition to the feature coming that will allow me to set assignees and due dates for checklist items via automation, I would also like to be able to set default assignees on my default checklist items so I don't have to use an automation for set processes.

Ability to drag and drop subitems in a particular order and have that order save and be set.
