Feature Requests

Since I don't always have service when on my mobile device, I would like the ability to view current records (from when I last had service) and create new records without a stable connection. This would allow me to be on site with a customer and take notes inside SmartSuite instead of having to use a third party tool and copy it over later.

I would like the section visibility feature that allows for conditional sections to also be available on the mobile app.

Have a default setting where one can choose where to land when opening mobile app.

Need to add support inside mobile app for shared view. Currently shared views are opened in browser on mobile devices. Just to be more clear, on mobile devices that have SmartSuite installed on the device a shared view will open the smartsuite app and not open the shared view. That makes sharing a view that is opened on that device pointless as the person who you shared the view with has no idea what the view was suppose to open and may not even have permission to open the particular view even if they knew what view it was.

If the mobile app could scan a record's barcode and the user be brought to the form / record card so as to view / edit it and attach images etc. that would be very useful for loads of settings I've experienced.

The link field button on mobile is too small. Maybe a bigger button or make the entire field clickable?

This is useful for service businesses. Field workers could add attachments from a job directly in the comments sections of a record of that job as they sometimes need to report live situations or problems using photos. The empty state of a comment mentions you can post a screenshot or image, but it seems it is missing on mobile.

Summary’s for grids don’t seem to be present in the mobile app. In passing I couldn’t see a category for Mobile specific feedback.

Ability to see mobile users' live location on a Map View

We need larger modals and the ability to change the layout on tablets. Currently the modals on a 7 inch tablet appear in the center of the tablet and it is a square small box. Operatives have to scroll a lot and miss some fields while doing so. Having a larger or fullscreen modal on tablets would help with that.
