Using the desktop application of SmartSuite is a great user experience, however the mobile experience seems to be overly click hungry. My field guys, who have been used to another platform, have all commented on how many more time/clicks it takes to change a status or have a conversation.
Fo example, to start a conversation, I have to click on the record to open the full record window, I then have to select the conversation icon, type my message, and back out not once, but twice. To change a status also takes 4 clicks.
It would be great if clicking on any field would open up options specific to the selected field, and allow me to quickly make any necessary changes.
Speaking from my own use/case experience, when I'm in the field, the most important thing to me is the snappiness and immediacy of the app. Opening an entire record could be helpful in the field, but should be a separate icon that expands the full view of a record when needed.
