Within a solution app a field shall denote reference to a user within organisation (member directory). Currently such field exists "Assiged To". However, it allows selecting only org members that have any access to the solution (permissions). The field in question should work by allowing selecting any member in member directory, even those who do not know existence of the solution, that they are being tagged. This could be either a new field, e.g., Referred To. Or it can be "Assiged To" field, which allows to enable such behavior once "Disable assignment notifications" is on.

I would like to have the ability to assign custom information, such as a custom ID, to each of my users directly within SmartSuite. This would help in better managing and identifying users without having to use a workaround like creating a separate table.

I need an Accounts Payable login that allows access to subscription information and the ability to delete users who no longer work here, without granting admin access to sensitive information like high-level financial data and HR disciplinary actions.

Problem: There is no way to set a specific member as the default assignee for a record. Also, using the "Record Creator" option for a default assignee assigns the record creator to the record even when forbidden by a member filter on the Assigned To field. Solution: Allow setting a specific default assignee for a record

After setting up a series of meeting minutes with links to Action Items for Committee Members, I need to invite them to sign into SS for the first time. (Some will be guests, others will have general access). They need to understand what I am doing, and what they can expect. Unfortunately, I cannot customize the email they will receive! We need the ability to control what these emails say when they receive from SmartSuite. These emails should not be robotic and mindless! Also, I have attempted to upload a screenshot jpg multiple times here and it won't do it. ARRG!

It would be AMAZING if we could tag groups of people within the Communication Center. We have records that would be helpful for everyone within a team to be able to be made aware of instead of having to tag multiple people individually. I've got groups created for these people and didn't realize that it wasn't necessarily helpful to have them grouped if they couldn't all communicate this way.
