Problem:
There is no way to set a specific member as the default assignee for a record.
Also, using the "Record Creator" option for a default assignee assigns the record creator to the record even when forbidden by a member filter on the Assigned To field.

- selected in the default section of the field settings
- the default assignee should become blank
- assignees blocked via the members filter should not be able to be set as default. Setting the default as current user should result in a blank assignee if the members filter excludes the current user
