What an AMAZING Platform!!!

Not a request, just a positive bit of feedback. Not sure where else this should go.
The more I use SmartSuite the more I am continually amazed and surprised by the platform and the general functionality. I am absolutely blown away by all the features and how it all comes together.
Can't wait to get my system fully up and running!!! Thanks for building a great package (finally, someone who has listened to the client and built something useful!).

I'm in a process to convert from ClickUp to Smartsuite - so far I'm really liking it!

So agree I watched every video on YouTube all night long, then I just went for it and now I'm a customer, I think I finally found my tribe!

Brad Hawkins You have no idea how motivating comments like this are for our team. Thank you so much for sharing this. I am going to share this with our entire team in a few minutes.
We have been heads down building the core SmartSuite platforms for almost 3 years and it is exciting to see that people like you are finding value in what we have built.
And please keep voting, commenting and sharing your thoughts on new features that we need to add to SmartSuite. We are all about "community based development" when it comes to adding new features.

Jon Darbyshire: Thanks for the reply Jon.
I am glad to hear that my comments are motivational and possibly even inspiring. I made those comments with the utmost of sincerity.
I would like to think that I am speaking with some authority when I pass on praise and feedback such as this. I am certainly no new comer to the area of business and productivity. I have been in business for over thirty years, been on MANY Boards (mainly for voluntary organisations and some business related bodies) and managed a considerable number of people.
I have (in more "recent" times), either heavily used and/or researched MANY productivity platforms and systems in the search for something that worked for me.
I have heavily used Trello, ClickUp and Notion. I have either used and/or researched many others including Logseq, Obsidian, Taskade, Evernote, Fibery, Coda, Todoist and many, many others. So many I often feel I am losing track and/or losing my sanity.
I'm of the opinion that NONE of them come even close to what you and your hard working team have built at SmartSuite. I am truly thankful that you and your team chose to build your platform and THEN release it into the wild. All too often I see companies piece together a half baked package, throw it out into the market and then spend months/years patching it and trying to make it into something it is not or was never intended to be. The results are often, well, underwhelming and/or frustrating. It costs the users valuable time and money.
Please don't take my comments the wrong way. All of the above software packages have many good points and have been no doubt written and developed by hard working folk, but they just don't work for me. The processes are too fractured. I have to use multiple software packages just so I can juggle the large number of projects (and huge number of tasks) I have at any one moment in time. I also then don't have a "place" for other things such as Documents and/or other valuable pieces of information. Furthermore, I then have to use even more software to bring the multiple Apps together into a Calendar so I can make sense of it all and ensure I am not over-committing to my workload. Frankly it's a mess.
While this seems like a large number of Apps to have either used or tried, I have been on a "quest" to find what works for me and my use case. I believe I have finally found that with SmartSuite (and thank God the search is over!).
Thank you again for releasing such a great software package and being the ONE company that has truly brought together ALL of the processes needed to actually manage workflow in ONE place.

Brad Hawkins: Jon DarbyshireI would like to echo your comments. Whilst I am still exploring Smartsuite, there is a lot to be admired and appreciated. Obviously a lot of hard work has gone into the thought and development.
I believe in rewarding teams that invest time, money and energy into building something of value. That is why I chose to pay the annual fee, before being ready to fully launch what I want to build. Here is wishing you all well with the journey ahead. Keep up the awesome work.

Grant Small: Completely agree Grant. I’m the same. Despite not being entirely sure about my workflows, I’m also intending on going into the paid plan as I really want to support this company and their fantastic software platform. The software is so versatile that I can see it working regardless of my needs.

Jon Darbyshire: I totally agree with Brad, btw. I know I've shared a lot of feedback, but the reason I have is that I love what I see in both the SmartSuite team and software. I wouldn't spend my time on it otherwise.
I have a talent for critical analysis, but please never take my feedback as negative (even if I word it poorly) - it should actually be taken as a compliment as I only provide it because I'm interested in SmartSuite and feel that I can help.
Two days ago as I was exploring so many of your excellent solutions, it hit me what you're trying to accomplish. It was an exhilarating feeling! I was amazed and encouraged!
Our company has some really amazing opportunities coming up and if you want to get a nice PitchCard, it will make it easy for us to spread the word about SmartSuite. Either way, I love what you guys are doing and want you to succeed!
Jon Darbyshire
Grant Small: This is much appreciated. Please keep letting us know about the features that are most important to you as we will do our best to deliver on what you need.

Aaron Bitton: Thank you and yes I will find time to setup a Pitchcard.
