Problem:
The creation date of comments becomes impossible to tell exactly after a while, which removes important history and audit log information.
The date a comment was left on a record is not visible by looking at the comment - instead there is a note that shows the time elapsed since the comment was left. This note becomes less granular as time goes on - after a month it is not possible to tell if the comment was left 30 or 45 days ago by looking at it.
The exact time the comment was left is available in the activity history of the record, but this expires too (after a period determined by the plan you are on). After the activity history expires there is no way to tell when the comment was left.
This means important events cannot be logged only as comments, because we will eventually lose visibility on when they happened.
Solution:
Add an option to see when a comment/reply was created.
