thanks for your inquiry.
- For example, with my lead magnet: On my landing page, it’s possible to request a demo access to my SaaS. An interested party fills out a short form, which creates a record, and they then receive an email with the access credentials. This email should be sent from my sales email address to the prospect, so that they can easily reply to it.
I would like to set up something similar for offers: a prospect clicks through a form to select the services they want, and they then receive a PDF offer from a different, dedicated email address.
- Therefore, I would need the ability to set up multiple email addresses (via SMTP credentials). As a bonus, it would be great if I could specify whether the emails should only be sent or also received through each address.
This way, I could set up a small ticket system for sales.
Additionally, I need the ability to specify in automations which email address should be used.

- Are there any specific features or functionalities you would like to have for managing multiple email accounts?
