Jon Darbyshire Hi Jon, for example Zoho implemented this in a way you can set your custom business hours in the account settings and in every automation you will set in the Workflows section you can insert a condition about considering your business hours.

When Status is X -> send email.
But: send this only if triggered in business hours or schedule it in the next available slot to be sent
