We would like to be able to make the Timer, Duration and <> Range options for the Time Tracking Log field selectable via the modify field settings. Specifically, we would like to "disable" duration as an option for users entering time. Additionally, the 250 character limit on Time Tracking Log notes is much to small for our needs. A limit of 4,000 characters would be ideal.

- What specific use cases require a 4,000 character limit for the Time Tracking Log notes?
- How frequently do users need to disable the 'Duration' option, and in what scenarios?
- Are there any other fields or features in the Time Tracking Log that need customization?

1) We use the notes field for invoicing and these notes go directly to the customer as we're transparent on where the time was spent. The 250 character limit does not allow us ample space to provide clear explanation of what work was performed for those hours.
2) We would like the ability to disable duration for all task we track. Since the time logged also goes to the customer, when engineers put in duration it can sometimes appear to the customer that we're just hours versus forcing our engineers to use the timer so the time entries are very specific.
3) We would really love to have a "Billable" checkbox for each entry as well as an "Internal" checkbox that would allow us to differentiate which time entry notes are billable versus not as well as if the note should/should not go to the customer.
