Assignment-based permissions (Contributor, Assignee and Assignee+) now work with the Teams field, not only the Assigned To field. When a Team is assigned to a record, every member of that Team gets the matching permission level as if they had been assigned directly, so access can be granted to whole teams across views, automations and filters.
