We need a helpline, team email all profiles can select for support, where we don't share work related emails per user to our outside clients we support, but a group email for our helpline. Also, we need to be able to name the title of the email, when we email clients, via Comments. Example: "Helpline Team, Support team, etc." as a label.

This would go nicely where we can as a team, select templates, canned emails we can send to our clients we serve.
