Sub-Items Field in Form Builder

We’d like to request the inclusion of the Sub-Items field in the Form Builder feature set.
As a school, this would be immensely beneficial for collecting multiple line-entry data in a structured manner. Some use cases include:
- Logging participants under sub-events within larger school programs or festivals.
- Uniforms, Books, Stationery order with multiple sub-items in a single form response.
- Capturing multiple students or educators linked to a single bus stop.
Currently, the lack of native support for sub-item input in forms limits our ability to gather complex but well-organized data directly from stakeholders without needing multiple form responses.
We’d love to see this enhancement in your roadmap and would be happy to provide further context or testing support if needed.
