Sub-items
KLR Admin
Is it feasible to customize the sub-list or checklist based on the single or multiple selections made? For instance, as a real estate agent representing a seller, I'd prefer to associate a sub-item or checklist tailored to that transaction needs, streamlining the workflow with just a click. Likewise, if I'm representing a buyer, I'd like a different set of tasks readily available.

Hiya KLR Admin, thanks for this post! I have a few more questions for you:
- Could you provide more details on how you envision the customization of the sub-list or checklist? Are there specific fields or options you'd like to see?
- Can you elaborate on the different tasks you would need for representing a seller versus a buyer? What specific tasks would be included in each checklist?
- How would you like the system to determine which checklist to present? Should it be based on a specific selection or input from you?

Thank you so much for reaching out. I am grateful!

Could the single and multiple select fields, sub-item field, and checklist field merge or combine forces like a super Saiyan fusion? 😄 Such integration would greatly enhance my workflow as a transaction coordinator.
Additionally, could we implement notification and reminder features for completed or pending tasks? It would be fantastic if these reminders could sync with Google Calendar, including due dates and reminders.
Furthermore, it would be immensely helpful to create default checklists and tasks that are specific to each deal type without impacting other records in the table.
Also a default document list, that would be great. Each deal has document requirements. It would be great to have a default attachment field list. Kind of like a document checklist.
Maybe this would be an automation option. It would be so fantastic to have a default checklist and document list to make sure everything is in compliance. This will help with scaling the business and make training easier.

I am a transaction coordinator, I don’t just do traditional real estate deals but also investment and creative deals. I will need to have the option to create a task list workflow for each deal type.
I can outline a general process applicable to all deals:
- Send a welcome email to all parties involved in the transaction (lender, hard money lenders, title company, agents).
- Send a personalized welcome email to the client I am representing (Buyer or Seller), considering the specific requirements of each side.
- Keep track of various elements such as addendums, contingencies, EMD (Earnest Money Deposit), inspections, and loan approval deadlines.
- Monitor the progress of tasks related to title commitments, surveys, appraisals, lien searches, and final HUD (Housing and Urban Development) documents.
This provides a basic overview of the essential steps in most deals, although additional requirements may vary depending on the specific deal type.
How would you like the system to determine which checklist to present? Should it be based on a specific selection or input from you?
I am not sure if I understand this question. But I will try. 🙂 I would like to have the input from me. The idea is that we can continue to have the option to create our own single select or multiple select. With each selection, I want the ability to create a default checklist and default file list based on the selection. In this way, this will help me streamline the process.
I hope this clarifies things. 😀
