Sorting Functionality for Communication Center

As a SmartSuite user, I want the ability to sort messages in the Communication Center by a specified order, so that I can view the most recent messages at the top of the list without needing to scroll through older communications.
Desired Acceptance Criteria:
* Users can choose between ascending and descending order for message sorting.
* When sorted by descending order, the newest message appears at the top of the Communication Center.
* Sorting preferences are saved and persist upon reopening the Communication Center.
Additional Notes: This feature would greatly improve usability and efficiency, particularly for users with large volumes of communication, by providing quicker access to the latest messages.

- What specific criteria (date, sender, subject, etc.) would you like to use for sorting messages?
- Should the sorting functionality be available for all types of messages or specific ones?
- Would you like the sorting preferences to be user-specific or apply to all users?

Jon Darbyshire Not sure if this has been responded to or not yet since this is from October 2024, but was looking for the ability to simply change the current sorting from the oldest comment appearing first to the newest comment at the top so if there are several comments you do not have to scroll to the bottom to find the latest comment in the history.
