Today automations are always copied in a disabled state when a solution is packaged and transferred, so every automation has to be turned back on by hand in the target workspace. This update lets automations keep their enabled state across the transfer, with an option to keep the current behavior instead. Data that must not travel between environments, such as credentials, secrets and recipients that don't exist in the target, is removed during the transfer.
