I'd like to figure out a way to integrate ss with slack and have my clients approve tasks inside of slack, basically giving them some kind of way to make an automation that is like "slack action occurs > smartsuite record status changed to X"
example workflow:
- ss record status updated to "ready for client approval"
- slack message sent to channel notifying client the task is ready for approval
- client completes some kind of action (I'm unsure how this can work) in slack and it automatically updates the status to either "approved" or "needs edits" in ss

- Can you provide more details on the type of actions you envision the client performing in Slack to trigger the status change in ss?
- What specific Slack channels or users should be notified when the ss record status is updated?
- Are there any specific conditions or criteria that should be met in ss before a task is considered 'ready for client approval'?
