Clickup has this feature of directly creating a task thru sharing in mobile. Pic enclosed
Quite useful as people are hesitant to create task thru forms. 
Service complaints, documents and x things are received on whatsapp, which needs to be tracked and assigned.

How often do you receive service complaints or documents via WhatsApp that need to be tracked?

Jon Darbyshire Pdf & Images are the most common files recd on mobile echich to be shared and task to be created. Sometimes Video format files also comes.

Frequency is very high.
Whatsapp integration would be icing on the cake
