This would be very helpful for creating and tracking tickets in Service Now. Many IT departments us this tool for executing requests and it would be good to create and assign and track tasks right from Smart Suite.
For example "Patch Server X for vulnerability" ticket created and tracked to completion in Service Now. Eliminates users having to log into two different tools.
