Good to see this is now in progress.... any idea of an Expected Time of Completion?

I am assuming this will mean that we can send emails from within Smartsuite from our own domains (assuming we're using GSuite or Exchange)?

Another question:

Will there be a way for Smartsuite to handle received-first e-mails? Is there a way we can assign a received email to a task? E.g. a customer mails us first (without us having sent an initial email), but we want to assign it to an open task.

I know this feature is being wrapped up for Exchange and GSuite. Is there any hope for custom domains that use traditional IMAP/SMTP?

Thanks for this post. Just the same response and or the ability to just change the label perhaps. Also the ability to put in a signature block with a graphic.
