In the Send Email actions, add a reply to field that allows user to set a reply to address when it is not the same as the sender address.

A Reply To option was added to the SmartSuite "Send an Email" automation.

To configure it, click the

More Options

dropdown (under Send To). You will see a

Reply To

option that can be statically configured, or populated with an email-type field's value.

Can you provide a use case or scenario where you would need to use a different reply-to address?
Are there any specific limitations or rules you would like to apply to the 'reply-to' address field?
Would you like this feature to be available for all email actions or only specific ones?
