I'd like more ability to see and visualize fields better on Timeline View. On Monday, I can have 20 projects and display everything with assigned to, its relation to other projects, etc

This would be helpful for us - being able to choose what field you see when you open a calendar or timeline field - in our case our title field tells us the client/action - would be awesome if instead of seeing that we could choose to see the vendor or the labor category field

Joe Baum Thank you for this submission. I am going to research this feature in Monday to better understand our request, but I have a quick question. Are the 20 projects you are referring to in the same App or are this unique Apps? I think that Monday refers to these as boards. After displaying the information are you wanting to filter the content to only show records (items) that are related to a specific person in an Assigned To field?

Jon Darbyshire: To use SmartSuite lingo, I would create an App (Tasks) that consolidates all of my tasks across all projects. My projects would be a separate app (Projects) that I would link each task too. I would then create different views to be able to view all tasks related to a specific project. For e.g., the Smith project, the Goldstein project, the Darbyshire project, etc...
I could then view a timeline or Gantt that allowed me to easily see all my tasks, and how they relate to each project, and assigned person, so that I can get a global understanding of how tasks from one project might conflict with tasks from another project.
I'm not sure if I'm communicating this in a way that makes sense, so I'll attach some screenshots to add some more context.
