Role Permissions for Dashboard and their associated Tabs
Jon Darbyshire
Hello Queenie Leung! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide examples of the roles you would like to assign to the dashboard and their associated tabs?
- What specific permissions should each role have on the dashboard and its tabs?
- Are there any specific tabs that should have more restricted access than others?

Just like how the current roles and permissions are set up for it to be at dashboard level as well. Currently it is at field level, solutions and even table level. However, it is not reflected on Dashboards - Once a person has access to dashboards, they have all visibility in the tabs within dashboards.
i.e.
Tabs for individuals in C-Suite should have more high-level permissions for visibility.
Departmental Level should be able to view their respective departments. Also, there should be a guest level permission access in the event that it is shared but just for viewing purposes.
And of course, all visibility for Admin and Solution Creators (that currently are also solution managers - but temporary privilege).
Hope this helps give some perspective and detail.
