Restarting Auto Number field

Currently the Auto Number field is locked and there is no way to restart the numbering. We need to have a way to restart the numbering OR at least dont make it a required locked field, just make it a field type that we can add

This is also an issue when adding a record between existing records. It should be an option to have the record, and all successive records, update based on the new order
