Reminders Checklist in MyWork

Can we add a simple Reminders Checklist to the MyWork panel? I rarely need to create a task, but simply a “call Mitchell back” and assign a time and default it to me. Basically what the Checklist field type does but independent of a record/task. And should it need to be added to a table as a new record, it could be elevated/escalated to that.
And while we’re at it, can we make MyWork more friendly on mobile. Too much horizontal scrolling.

I asked for this too. I am spoiled by the Reminder button in ClickUp which allows for non task/record oriented reminders.

- Could you provide more details on how you envision the interaction between the Reminders Checklist and the existing tasks in the MyWork panel?
- What specific features would you like to see in the mobile-friendly version of MyWork to reduce horizontal scrolling?
- Would you like the Reminders Checklist to have any additional functionalities apart from being able to elevate/escalate it to a new record?

- I'd love to see them existing independently, either side-by-side or maybe even in user-adjustable blocks, like the widgets in a Dashboard (which would be an awesome next phase for MyWork, IMO!!! - see example) I could see MyWork being a place for all things assigned to the current user, as it mostly is now, but including Reminders, notifications, and other content useful to the user, and it would be nice to allow the user to group, sort, and toggle on/off the visibility of certain types of items that show in MyWork (assigned Records, assigned Checklist items, and Reminders), but Reminders could be their own component, functioning as an independent Checklist with the added action of creating a new record in a specific Table with the existing content of the Reminder as the starting point.
- I would be a fan of either a tap-to-expand the record, or stacking the content vertically. You're currently only showing 5 columns of data in MyWork. If you stacked that content, it likely wouldn't even take up 30% of viewport per card (see mockup). The card itself could have a tap-to-expand interaction or the user could tap each field to edit. (PS. I'd love to see something like this in Grid View on mobile as well).
- As for additional functionality of the Reminders, a notification on the date or X days before/after; being able to set it as a recurring reminder; and the option to delegate it to another team member, would all be incredibly helpful!

Randall Nichols Jon Darbyshire I wholeheartedly support this! One of our companies biggest problems right now is not getting reminders about due dates, and work falling behind.
It would be great to have an option to schedule a reminders/notification email of “This weeks tasks”, “The following tasks are due today” etc.
