Reconcile Conflicting Departments and Teams

SmartSuite permissions run on Teams which administrators create, name, assign, and manage. Users are separately asked to select a Department in their profile which administrators cannot control and do not align with most organizations. This creates confusion and can appear unprofessional in the platform.
Users selecting their own team would be a security risk, so I recommend removing the department selection in the short-term while a longer-term solution is developed.
