Custom Pop up window widget on Dashboards. 
Ability to also include text, embed videos on these pop ups. 
Nice to have: Ability to set delay between triggering and appear on the screen: 10 seconds after opened the Dashboard.

Could you provide more details on the type of content you would like to display in the pop-up window?
What specific actions should trigger the pop-up window to appear?
Could you elaborate on the purpose of the delay before the pop-up appears? How would this feature enhance the user experience?

Ability to include text, headings and embed videos on these pop ups.
Not specific trigger, just when viewing the Dashboard
It would be nice to have a delay, similar how we can put pop-ups on Websites with announcements, offers etc.
