Pass record details as output when Find creates a record

we're heavy Make users and noticed some issues with the existing SmartSuite custom app that you developed/maintain. From a usability standpoint and best practices @Make there are some things not working correctly.
I'm using the "Find Records" module and if it does not find a result, it should create one. However - after creating the record it still outputs "0" as the result.
Best practice would be to output the record details just as if it would have found it. That way - we can actually continue with the automation. Right now it happened a bunch of times that the record was created but not used in the subsequent automation as the module simply outputs 0.
Can you please fix that?
