Revised... Anything on the roadmap to show multiple records (a filtered view) on a single document? I'm looking to create a statement of records versus a single record. Thanks

For the linked records, can you allow me to select the column when I select the mode "Single" as we already have the data when we select the table mode. this would hugely help as there is no customization that is being allowed on how i want to display the data.
I'm using a dirty workaround for now by creating lot of formula columns to get all the fields from the linked records.

Html Preview: sign with the digital signature, then click approve... (delivery ticket record) option to email/print pdf receipt to the customer

Once an image is added to the field in the app data area and used by inserting the "Files and Images" onto document, then the Export & Print functions fail to work.
Also, any plans in the future to be able to email a copy of the PDF directly from the Document page, or being able to save the document (PDF) to the record directly?

For the Smart Doc Field: Bullet and numbering formatting doesn't show up in the designer.

I think it would be useful to be able to drop smartsuite data onto a pdf you have imported. For example a W-2 or other IRS form and populate it with data from SmartSuite.

Is there a plan to export the design as a template?
If i already have a background that i have designed in figma or photoshop will be able add that as a template?

Here is a listing of feedback that I have received directly about the Alpha release that we are working on now:
- We are not allowing the selection of a font and only including helvetica. Note that we are working now of the full listing of fonts to be used.
- The font size input should be a number input that includes the arrows on the right side to increase or decrease the font size. The arrow should show on hover and when in active state.
- There is a bug with the "1.6 Wide" selection as the size of the field does not change - remains the size of 1.4
- The default line height should be "Normal". Right now it is 1.2 - Tight.
- Multiple Select Field type is not supported - this will be made available this week.
- When a new field is added to the design field canvas, the fiel settings should open so I can adjust settings - this is being released this week.
- The Page size input selection is shown as "Select Option" and this should be auto selected, when you first enter the page If you can not detect this from local, settings, please default it to 8.5 x 11
- Not able to add a static image - (company logo needed on an invoice) - being added this week
- Not able to add a border around fields or select a color for the border.
- The inputs for Width, Height and Rotation should also be number inputs and include the arrows on the right side of the input that are shown on hover and when in an active state.
- Need the ability to search for specific records while designing a document. This is being completed this week.
- In the Elements panel you are using the word "Rect" and we need to change this to 'Rectangle"
