A setting in "Communication Center" that would keep replies to a conversation always open and not hidden? I sometimes miss the reply notification and it would be helpful if I saw everything at one glance w/o clicking for the reply.

Would also be nice to get these comments to populate in a 3rd part chat such as Zoom or Slack and be able to respond directly from the ucass app

How often do you find yourself missing reply notifications?
Would you prefer this setting to be optional or always on by default?
Are there specific types of conversations where this feature would be most beneficial?

Jon Darbyshire Hi, sometimes, even after I read the initial reply but then when coming back a couple of days later I may miss something important in the conversation. I personally would leave it on by default but it could be a setting to choose which way you prefer. It could be any conversation that has important info. Thanks!
