Need a notes section that is not tied to any record, and/or solution. I cannot pull several clients over because of a few items that are simply centralized in ClickUp and not available here in the same way. One of them being notes. We need a notes area in the app so that I do not have to refer my clients to other 3rd party applications outside of CU. The documents is not a substitute for a centralized shared/individual notes area.

Hello Axely Congress! I have a few more questions for you:
- Could you please elaborate on the specific features you would like to see in the notes section?
- What kind of information do you plan to store in the notes section?
- Would you like the notes to be shareable or private?

Hi Jon,
- I would like the features of the notes to be aligned with the features in your SmartDocs, only as a note if possible. Just much more simplified and searchable.
- My clients, and I store all kinds of notes in the current ClickUp implementation of notes, and reference it daily. API Keys, links, youtubes..etc. You name it and we make note of it in some way. We use ClickUp notes extensively, daily, and it seems its a deal breaker for a few clients because it is heavily used.
- I would like the option for both. To share notes (like a doc) but also to keep the note private to myself.
ClickUp puts the notes front and center right when you login, right at the top, like where SS puts the checkmark, star, and bell. I think the idea of solutions is 100% spot on. However, SS is missing the mark in a few key areas where centralization is better and necessary (i.e. quick access to AI, quick access to search, quick access to notes, quick access to reminders, quick accesss do docs). They should all be located at the top with the other 4 icons.
Always present.
I never knew how useful this was until we attempted to migrate to SS. Some things like loom for screen recording, notes, and docs are centralized in ClickUp, and it makes sense from a user vantage point. Sure it would be nice to have these things per solution as well, however to not have access to these items when you login seems to be a miss in the modern UI/UX world, if I I may suggest such.
Outside of that you win hands down, everywhere that i can see, and I have expressed to your team the features that everyone is clamoring for (i.e. webhooks, AI analysis of data in tables, etc..)
But we will stick to discussing notes here.. ;-).. just finding it harder and harder to use SS instead of ClickUp because of these core features....
Thank you..

Hiya Axely Congress, thanks for this post! I have a few more questions for you:
- Could you please elaborate on the specific functionalities you would like to see in the notes section?
- Would you prefer the notes to be shareable among users or private to each user?
- Are there any specific features from the ClickUp notes section that you would like to see implemented in our app?
