Need ability to duplicate records from the view, not the form

When in a view (such as Grid View), I need the ability to select an individual record or group of records and duplicate them. Right now, I have to

open

the record up, then select duplicate. This is not efficient at all.

Ability to duplicate a single record using the right-click menu has been implemented.

We'll be adding the ability to duplicate bulk selected records as well

It would be great if the time-log field would automatically reset to zero for the duplicated record, otherwise the time is recorded TWICE or the user needs to manually delete each past time entry in the duplicate.
