I need to be able to change the labels that match the business model. Remove "Other" and give us the option to add our own label. I need Volunteer, Intern

Departments need to be editable also and able to remove or add our own department language. The ones that exist now aren't connecting as a nonprofit. ie Sales, Products, etc. I need Helpline, Outreach, Fundraising, etc.
