I need the ability to assign records to a group of people (team) manually in the 'Assigned to' field, as well as through automation. Currently, automation works, but it requires running every time a team changes, which is not suitable. I would prefer a solution that allows for both manual and automated assignment without needing to create multiple automations for every condition.
