Currently, if you have many records in the "Link Records" field, you must click the "Show all" toggle to view all linked records AND ONLY AFTER you click the "+" button in the bottom left corner to link another record.

Please add the ability to link records without needing to display all records first, preferably in the top left corner of the field.
