Keep calendar on last date viewed

as im going back and forth from a grid to calendar working on a future meeting its annoying having to keep finding the meeting date over and over again because the calendar keeps defaulting back to today. it should stay at the last viewed date and if i want to see today, i'll just click the "today" button thats already available. thanks!

- Can you provide more details about the frequency of this issue? How often do you switch between the grid and calendar views?
- Are there any specific actions or sequences that trigger the calendar to default back to the current date?
- Would you find it helpful if there was an option to 'lock' the calendar to a specific date until manually changed?

1) i just started using smartsuite so i just now noticed it. I imagine this will be any issue any time im working on a future event.
2)the calendar defaults back any time i leave the calendar view. i go back to the grid to edit and see all the items for the event im working on, and then use the calendar to arrange the agenda. Anytime i go back to the calendar i need to find the date again.
3)yes a temporary lock would be great. a button that toggles between staying on last date/view and today would be nice and wouldnt ruin anyone elses workflow if they are used to it defaulting to today
