Allow 'check'able items (lists, subitems etc) to be ticked off at View level, without having to open a dialogue window to do so (high latency).

Checklist item highlighting already happens on 'Smartdoc' field checklists when you mouse over, suggesting the UI would be capable of triggering this.

Separate related issue: Checklists and Sub-Items do not provide an explicit display option at View level, like Smartdocs do. Smartdoc checklists are a workaround for now; but ideally all would have such a display option (rather than just summaries). This has been raised and upvoted already. Pending.
