Hi Jon Darbyshire,,

I would like to be able to select which solutions I sync, and for it to be able to mark a task as done, and Akiflow allows me to plan my time by consolidating them in one place and easily creating tasks from emails. SmartSuite is my management tool of choice, and currently, I manually enter them. There is Zapier integration, but I'd need one for each application, two-way sync to mark the task done. They currently have this integration with ClickUp and other management tools.
I have tasks (for a variety of reasons) in other tools and Akiflow allows me to plan my time by consolidating them in one place along with easily creating tasks from emails. SmartSuite is my management tool of choice and currently I manually enter them. There is zapier integration but I'd need one for each application and I find it easier to just look at 'my work'.
As a consultant for other businesses who often gets tasks assigned through other platforms - having a central place to manage these increases my efficiency and eliminates missing tasks. I should note that I have settled on Akiflow but considered motion, reclaim and sunsama for similar purposes.
