The whole design of SmartSuite has a ungainly look. There are too many boxes, withing boxes, withing boxes. The right design improves user interface and the ability to view information. Monday.com really nailed this aspect of their service. An example is the linked fields. There are so many boxes withing boxes that the actual information- the writing in the pill/box/ table view, is too small and feels lost.
